028: Spirituality in Coaching with Omri Agam

What does spirituality offer high performing leaders? In today's discussion, performance mindset coach, Sean Hansen and his guest, fellow coach, executive and entrepreneur, Omri Agam, shares his insights from his years of exploring spirituality and the effects spirituality has had in his coaching clients. Omri's perspective is unique in that he began his career as an investment banker and private equity investor in New York and Boston and went on to co-found Endgame Partners, an investment firm and incubator that advised, invested in, created, built, and operated companies in a wide range of industries.
It was during his time building Endgame and its portfolio companies that Omri underwent a journey of deep work, study, and transformation that would ultimately shift the focus of his life and career. After spending years immersed in learning the core principles and truths that underpin the world’s philosophies, religions, spiritual traditions, personal development frameworks, and business methodologies, and applying them to his life and business, he realized that he was uncovering a path that could empower people and businesses to realize their potential, thrive, and experience profound meaning and fulfillment – just as it had done for him. As he began sharing this path with others, he witnessed the powerful impact of this work on them and the world around them, and never looked back.
Omri currently divides his time between coaching entrepreneurs, executives, and high achieving individuals, providing consulting services to businesses looking to reach new heights, and developing systems for personal development and business optimization that support the work he does with his clients. Ultimately, these systems will also serve as the foundation for the businesses that Omri plans to build to help facilitate people’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing on a broader scale.
