The answer to that question is- YOU DON'T! But most of us deal with insecurity in one way or another. Today we are opening up a three-part series on "enemies to the restart". In the next 3 episodes we are going to identify 3 three enemies that can hinder you on your journey to starting again. We don't need any extra weights keeping us from being our best, successful selves. In this episode we start with insecurity. We talk about what it is, how it may be working in your life, and how we can work to overcome this enemy.
