EP 54 An Introduction to Astrology

For thousands of years, our ancestors stared into the night sky in hopes of using the map in the heavens to divine their destiny. And although the practice has changed over the years, we are still fascinated by the stars to this day. In fact, millions of dollars have been spent to create technology with which we can look further into the unknown than ever before. Using science and astronomy,  we can see the stars in relation to us on a cosmic scale. We can understand the relative location, and the makeup of the stars, and even describe the weather on a distant planet with relative accuracy. As amazing as looking at the stars is, over the centuries a long-held tradition of aligning astronomy with spirituality was phased out of stargazing. The practice didn’t die however and is now known as astrology.
