Beyond Reg battling with trapped wind the entire time, the conversation somehow extends to the importance of Bow (in East London) to British music. Through detailing his history and building of seminal The Split Mic's mixtape, Twin talks the beginnings of Grime and how kids from Council estates across the city inspired a new generation of music makers.
