RSBA- Free International and Local Music Concerts in Kauai!

Today we talk with Addison Bulosan about their non-profit, Rice Street Business Association ("RSBA"). RSBA is up for a community grant that will give the people of Kauai FREE concerts from local to international artists around the world, for three years!
