Hawaii Alcohol Policy Alliance looks to lower drinking and driving alcohol percentage to .05%

 Today we speak with Chelsea Gonsalez. Coordinator of the Hawaii Alcohol Policy Alliance regarding the Senate Bill 160. This bill is to lower the driving will drinking alcohol rate from .08 to .05. Chelsea explains the benefits from lowering the alcohol average and also talks about some stories regarding drinking and driving.
