Ai Pono Kauai Challenge with HAPA

Today we meet with Board Member Fern Anuenue Holland to talk about their non-profit HAPA. HAPA is a non-profit business that focuses on Sustainable Food Systems, Community Stewardship of the 'aina, and Social Justice. Today we explore some of their continuing programs and their upcoming program, the 'Ai Pono Kaua'i Challenge commencing on September 25th and ending on October 1st. This challenge will help people meal prep and plan their meals to be locally sourced, while winning prizes and encouraging others to source their food locally.
