Do you notice those "Yeah, but __” negative people?  Begin to listen for the 'Eeyore people'* as they pass through your day.  Don’t allow them to pull you into their negativity, but be grateful because they can remind you of the fact that you have the ability to choose your own attitude.   *Eeyore people are those like Eeyore in Winnie the Pooh
