The holiday frenzy is over and now what?  Examine your thoughts and feeling with regard to New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day and set an intention to slow down and hibernate down a while…like nature teaches us. After the hibernation/introspection move into action and plant seeds you want to  begin new in the spring.
