Sunny War

Sunny War (a/k/a Sydney Ward) has lived through quite a few of her nine lives, rising out of substance abuse and poverty on the strength of her musical talent and finely tuned wit. She joins us to discuss her recently released album Armageddon In A Summer Dress (New West Records) which reunites her with her Anarchist Gospel producer Andrija Tokic, and features guests like Steve Ignorant (from the legendary Crass), Tre Burt, Jack Lawrence (Raconteurs), and friends of our show, John Doe and Valerie June.
