Stop what you're doing, take a deep breath and lock in. This episode is about to unlock something big for you.
¶ Understanding Your Nervous System
Because, listen, your nervous system, it wasn't built for overflow. It was built for survival. But you, you were built for more. You were built for abundance. And today, we're talking about how to regulate your system so you can actually hold everything you've been working so damn hard for. This isn't just another podcast episode. This is a wake up call. Because it's not that your next level isn't available to you. It's not that abundance is some far off, mystical thing.
It's not that you're blocked or not ready. Your body was wired for survival. To look for threats, not miracles. To prepare for loss, not sustain abundance. And that's why, even when things are good, you find yourself bracing for impact. Even when money flows in, you subconsciously wait for it to stop. Even when you know success is inevitable, your body reacts like it's a risk.
¶ Breaking the Cycle of Scarcity Mindset
This is the invisible wall between you are and where you know you're meant to be. You're running on outdated programming that tells you it's not safe to hold more. Something bad must be coming. If I let this be easy, I'll lose everything. And let's be real. Every other time you leveled up, every other time you increased your capacity, you ended up falling back down. Not because you weren't capable, but because your nervous system wasn't taught how to hold more. So it wobbled. You wobbled.
And now, even when things get good, a part of you is waiting for the shoe to drop. But here's what I want you to know. You don't have to wait for your body to feel ready to expand. You expand first. Your nervous system catches up. When I started calling in my own quantum lease, I stopped asking, am I doing this right? I stopped waiting for my nervous system to approve my next level. I decided it was already mine. And I let my body adapt to that reality.
¶ Understanding Expansion and Growth
Now, let's talk about what that actually looks like. Because this is where most people get stuck. They know they're meant for more, but they don't know how to hold it when it comes. Step one, Awareness. Start noticing where you contract. When things expand, pay attention to the moments when you feel the need to sabotage, doubt, or hesitate. When you're about to level up, does your body tense? Do you suddenly feel the need to pull back, delay, or question if it's safe?
That's your nervous system trying to keep you in a familiar state. Step two, reconditioning. Your job is to teach your nervous system that overflow is safe. That success doesn't have to be fleeting. That money, love, ease, and power can be held without fear. And the way you do that is by practicing expansion in small ways every single day. Regulate your breath. Expand your body's ability to relax when you receive good things, and remind yourself that it is safe to hold more. More.
¶ Embodiment and Expansion
Step 3 embodiment. The next level of you already exists. Your job is to embody that version. Now. Move, think, speak, and make decisions as if you already have what you desire. The only reason it feels unfamiliar is because your nervous system hasn't been there yet. But that doesn't mean you're not ready. It means you're growing. This is what I teach inside my world. How to regulate your nervous system while expanding. How to stop your old identity from pulling you back.
How to hold success without fear of losing it. Because overflow isn't the issue. Your ability to hold it is. If you're done with a constant wobble every time you level up, if you're ready to stop shrinking back when things get big, if you're ready to actually feel safe in the next level you've built for yourself, then it's time. It's time to step into the you that holds it all effortlessly.
¶ Embodying Your Future Self
So here's your challenge for today. Move like the person who already has it. Make the decisions they would make. Embody their energy. And when the wobble comes, breathe through it. Because your nervous system is just catching up to what you already know. You were made for this. If this episode hit home for you, take a screenshot, tag me, and share your biggest takeaway.
