Episode description

Shop my programs. You think moving and taking action is the answer and listen, action matters. But frenzied action from fear? Hustle energy from panic? That is the blur. That’s the spinning. That’s the exhausting cycle that leads to nowhere but deeper confusion. Sometimes life pushes you down so deep, so violently, so unfairly, not because you’re cursed but because there’s no other way left to get you to surrender. You get pushed to the dirt, not to die but so your roots can grow deeper.

Okay, let's talk about that moment that you're doing everything right. You're showing up, you're doing the inner work, you're holding the energy, you're planting the seeds. You're operating from your highest self and still there is nothing.

Facing the Silence of Uncertainty

There's no clients, there's no sales, no it finally happened moment. You just have this giant, deafening silence staring back at you. And. And in that silence, if you're not careful, that little voice will start to creep in and it'll tell you maybe you're just not as capable as you thought. Maybe even being delusional in all the wrong ways, maybe, just maybe, you're not exceptional at all. And my love, that right there, that is what being deactivated sounds like.

That is what losing your faith sounds like. That is the vibration that blocks every single thing that you're praying for, that you're fighting for, that. You're crying for that. Like you wonder why it's not working. It's because you can't hold the energy long enough for your life to rearrange itself. You uproot the seed every time you question yourself, you sabotage the miracle every time you rehearse your doubts. You do not give the roots time to grow.

And now you are standing there, tired, frustrated, not because you're not good enough, but because you haven't yet learned the brutal art of holding the energy through the silence. You think that moving and taking action is the answer. And listen, action matters. But you have. When you have action from fear, hustle, energy from plant panic, that is the blur, that is the spinning, that is the exhausting cycle that leads to nowhere, but deeper confusion.

The Art of Holding Energy

Sometimes life pushes you down so deep, so violently, so unfairly, that not because you're cursed, not because it's not going to happen for you, but because there's no other way left for you to surrender, right? You're going to get pushed to the dirt, not to die, but so that you may live, so that your roots can grow deeper. So you have to see this, right? Holding the energy doesn't mean repeating affirmations through gritted teeth and while secretly thinking that you suck.

It doesn't mean posting more and hoping somebody notices you, even though it's kind of the same thing you did last week and nothing's really changed. But hopefully something different will come from this. That is not holding your energy. That is not changing your belief system. That is not upgrading the standard that you hold yourself to. That is not a divine I am attitude, right? It doesn't mean feeding the Monster of self doubt by entertaining the worst case scenarios in your head.

Holding the energy means telling yourself the truth. Even when feelings try to lie to you. It is standing in the middle of your pain, in the middle of the delay and saying, my emotions are not facts. My thoughts are not the ultimate authority. My circumstances are not the final word. The truth is you are chosen. The truth is you are capable. The truth is you are worthy. The truth is the seeds you planted are not dead. They are rooting deeper than you can see.

Understanding Self-Leadership and Emotions

Self leadership, real self leadership is having those honest conversations when nobody else is watching. Is being able to separate how you feel from what is true. It's catching yourself in the spiral. Catching yourself out, calling yourself out, sorry. And choosing a higher thought. It is leaning on God, not just when it's convenient, but when it feels like it is the only option left for you, right? Like that. It's realizing that feeling forgotten doesn't mean that you are.

It's knowing that delayed doesn't mean denied. Your emotions are valid, but they're not always accurate. Your fear is understandable, but it is not. It's not prophetic. Right? Your frustration is human, but it doesn't have to lead you. Your faith is a leadership move, right? Holding the energy is a leadership move. Refusing to agree with your doubt is a leadership move. And leadership is not always glamorous. It's not always fun.

Sometimes it looks like sitting in silence and refusing to back down from your truth while every cell in your body screams at you to quit. You hold it anyways. You believe anyway. You keep going anyways. You don't shrink back and spend the afternoon doing something different that's away from building your dreams. That's not moving the needle in any way. Right?

The Sacred Grind of Invisible Progress

The grind that nobody talks about. The sacred holy grind of the invisible. Progress. Right? This is what I'm talking about. This is why you don't have clients yet. Because you haven't anchored into that depth yet. You're still negotiating with your fears. And so instead of commanding your faith, you're still dipping your toe in when you're called to cannonball in. But you can shift that right now. You can decide that your belief doesn't bend because the results aren't instant.

You can decide that your roots will grow even if it takes longer than you thought it would. You can decide that your self leadership, your standards, your energy is not up for negotiations anymore. And you can stop waiting for the evidence and you can start becoming the evidence. This isn't about pretending that you don't feel the frustration. It's about refusing to let the frustration have the final say. So today, I want you to drop the story that you are holding.

Drop the story that you're not good enough. Drop the story that maybe God forgot about you. Because that's not your truth. That's not what you were called for. Something greater.

Embracing Your Power

Right? You were called for something massive. And the only thing standing between you and the manifestation is your willingness to hold the energy through the messy middle. You are powerful beyond your current results. You are chosen beyond your current proof. You are capable beyond your current doubt. But you keep giving up and you keep betraying your future self by caving into temporary emotions. Your roots are growing. Your destiny is aligned. Your life is catching up with your spirit.

So I need you to hold your energy. And when you feel like you can't hold it anyway.
