You chose to remember who you are when life, business, emotions, or an old story tried to make you forget.

You don't overthink your way out of the darkness. You turn the light on, you flip the switch. You decide, I am not sitting in this anymore.

The Moment of Change

That is the shift. That's the moment everything changes. And let me tell you something. Your breakthrough doesn't arrive because you figured everything out. It arrives because you chose to get in the room with yourself. You chose to remember who you are. When life, when business, when your emotions, when an old story tied to who you used to be makes you forget who you are now. You want clarity. You want confidence. You want income that multiplies. You want love that expands you.

You want peace that stays with you. But here's why you still have chaos, confusion, fear and results that don't match the effort that you're putting forward. Because you think that you need to still think your way out of the spiral. You think, just one more journal page entry, one more over analysis, one more meditation on it, one more doom scroll through the self help rabbit hole will save you.

But what saves you is the decision to turn the light on, to flip the frequency, to change the scenery, to step back into your power. If you only ever overanalyze your pain, you will never shift out of it. If you're constantly asking why something is happening or how did I attract this, then you're still entertaining a reality that exists where this is who you are, right? So every single day that you sit inside of the dark, you stay stuck in the loop of what hurt you.

You're probably thinking, but I just need to understand why I feel like this so I can move on. No, that's exactly the thoughts that are keeping you stuck in the pattern, right? You don't need to know more answers. You don't need to analyze anything. You need more light, you need more energy, you need more frequency.

You need to change the pattern that you're in, so you need to decide that you are going to be the person who operates and shows up in a way that consistently chooses a new reality, a new identity, and that requires a repentance, even with the tiny sneaky little things that just show up for you.

Choosing Your Reality: The Power of Decision

So here are the six ways that we're going to get you back in the room with yourselves. When you've been triggered, when you're deactivated, when you're disassociated, and when you're spiraling, shutting down, or just stuck inside of your head. The first thing is that you have to stop trying to fix yourself. And you have to start assuming that you are already whole and you have to start embodying that and then living and operating from that place.

The thing is, is that as long as your opinion is still like your opinion of yourself is still in the energy and the frequency of there is something wrong with me, you will never feel like you're whole now in this moment, because you are forever operating in a place that says I am currently lacking something, right?

So the underlining frequency there and the energy that you're putting out into the world where the law of attraction is going to come in and give you an exact reflection of what you're. So you're going to not attract the things that you want at the level that you want because of that negative frequency and the energy that you're putting out with those thoughts.

And because you're still entertaining those thoughts, you can't attract a level of excellence or abundance that you want inside of your life because you're still standing in the darkness in some of those areas. So in order for you to actually receive the thing that you want, you have to make a choice and you have to decide whether you're all in on the light or you're selectively inside of it, right?

You can't stick your hand out in your drawer and believe that socks are going to come out of that drawer and then go and pray and not believe that your desire will come out, right? That's like circumstantial belief. It's circumstantial light, it's circumstantial faith. So you have to embody a non circumstantial identity that always believes, right?

Like if you have to believe the same way that when you stick your hand in your sock drawer, that your socks are coming out of that drawer, that when you stick your prayers out into the universe, when you launch that rocket of desire, that it is going to come through for you. But you have to be open and unattached to the outcome. You can't put it out and then try and micromanage exactly how it's going to come to you, because that's not how it works.

So you have to be able to release the control of it. You have to be able to trust in it. You have to be able to have faith that all of the moments that are unfolding in front of you are working together for your good so that you can move through without a frequency of fear operating and dimming your light and keeping you shrinking or holding back in any way, shape or form, right? So you have to make that choice. You have to decide whether you're all in or selectively in.

And the darkness will tell you that, you know, you have to heal more before you can be more powerful, that you still have to, like, you are, you know, the only exception to the rule that you don't have to. That, you know, other people might be like that, but they don't know you. And so you have to do it differently. And it'll take you more time. And, like, there's all of these, like, little things that are sneaky, right? That'll come up.

And that's why even in those moments, even it's just like that one little thought, you have to hold your energy so much in order to just, like, not have anything else come and enter into that space. Space.

You have to, like, guard it so, like, so intentionally with every single pause in between the pause in between the pause of the pause, you know, so you want confidence and you want momentum, but you still have insecurities because you are treating your transformation like it is a problem that you have to solve, right?

So instead of approaching your transformation and being grateful for the capacity to evolve, expand to stretch, for the experience to, like, become a better person in this moment under the pressure, right? Instead of doing that, you're treating it like there's something wrong with you. I'm not going to get what I want until I fix these things. Like, you're not worthy of love. You're not worthy of the money. You aren't the leader that you should be.

Like, there's all of these things that you keep talking negatively about yourself unintentionally. And like, you know, sometimes you can operate from a space of like, I'm a high performer, I'm a high achiever. And so you always want to be better than you were the day before. And you have this energy of striving, but you become your own worst enemy because you're constantly operating in a frequency of sneaky scarcity that says, like, there is.

There's part of me that feels like I'm still a problem, I need to be fixed before I can receive the thing. And it's just because you keep approaching transformation like it's a problem. And it's probably because your nervous system gets triggered, and then your nervous system is kind of just causing these shifts to happen for you. But there's nothing to actually solve.

Embracing a New Identity

There's only just a new identity that you have to assume, a new identity that you have to embody, a new identity that you have to write for yourself and move in alignment with, right? One thought, one shift One sentence in your mind that says, this version of me already exists, and I'm stepping into that version of me. Now, that's not being delusional, that's creation, right? That's turning the light on. So I want you to use your trigger as proof that the old version of you is dying.

If you are spiraling and you feel like you're going backwards in something, that is not failure, that's friction. And friction is a signal that your nervous system is activated. It means, good job, girl. It means that you are winning. It means, oh, yes, I am stepping into a new identity. And that is your nervous system detoxing the old. The old way. It is making space and coming into a new level, right?

Every time that gets activated, you want to hold your energy and you just want to be really grateful for it because it means that you are expanding if you want ease, but you're addicted to that pressure feeling, right? Because you bought into the lie that, like, success has to be hard, that you have to work hard for money, that every dollar has to be earned in a very difficult way, that you know you can't be successful unless you work all these hours or all of these other things, right?

And so you're making it more complicated than it needs to be. When in reality, it can be easy because it being easy is operating in the way that, like, is your perfect reality, right? And so if you just allowed it to enter into your world, if you just received it, but you can't receive it when you're trying to micromanage it, right? So you have to stop micromanaging the way that it's going to come to you and how it's going to come, and only this way, right?

So you have to just be open to receive it in a way that is just detached from all things, right? Detached, Complete detachment. Detachment will give you expansion. But if you keep rehearsing the collapse instead of holding your energy, you will not get that expansion. Success will feel heavy. More money will feel heavy.

Getting more clients will feel heavy because you're rehearsing the fact that, like, maybe you used to wobble and you're holding that old identity instead of understanding that, like, oh, I used to do that, but now I'm a different person and I don't operate this way anymore, right? So you're not embodying your new identity fully. You want to leave, but you still keep reacting like the version of you who got hurt instead of holding your new identity. And you don't have to, like, time out.

You don't have to pause. You don't have to go rebuild. You don't have to go do like some big thing in order to move through it. You just need to like call yourself forward. You have to just tell yourself, this isn't my truth. This is just like programming. My truth already is alive inside of me. And I know what my truth is. Because my truth always feels like home. My truth always feels safe. My truth always feels good.

It always feels like the things that scary, but like worth it in the long run. The truth is the thing that you are thinking and hearing in the back of your mind in this moment right now. If you close your eyes, if you took a deep breath, if you are not driving, breathe and you will feel it. And welcome back in the room I love. I want you to revise the moment, not replay it.

So what I mean by that is like if you ever catch yourself repeating a fight, if you keep repeating a trigger, if you keep repeating a moment of shame or guilt over and over inside of your head, you keep replaying it on a loop. That's not processing it, that's not trying to find a lesson. That is programming it and reinstalling it and making sure that you never forget it. Right now that sounds like the absolute perfect way to prevent somebody from receiving their blessings, right?

So if I was the devil, I think that would probably be the number one thing that I would try to do is like, you know, get somebody to overthink about something, get them to program it in there, reinstall it. Let's really, you know, seal it. And so instead of revising the moment and replaying it consistently, I want you to just like rewrite it. Don't focus on it. Learn to just like move on and hold space. Like, you don't have to carry it with you, just hold space for new moments, right?

You want peace, but you keep letting your past write your present. So you have to flip it, you have to choose again. And holding your energy means that instead of embodying negative thoughts and replacing playing the past, you let it go and you focus on being the person that doesn't happen to, right? You don't whine, you don't complain, you don't just. You adjust your identity to hold space for a new reality that you actually want, right? And that means that you are living in the end, right?

You are living with the assumption that is already done. And this is how you can shift from like that. I hope it gets better energy to it's already done. So you want results. You Want money, you want the miracle. But you're like, in that maybe energy. And that's the problem because the current experience will only change when you move from a posture of like hope into a position of embodiment. So you don't have to wish for

Shifting into a New Identity

the light, you have to be the light. You have to walk like it's already here, handled, right? Like those socks are coming out of the drawer. You have to lead like it's already yours. You have to respond like you already made it through. It's not faking it. It's like, okay, the CEO, like level 100 version of me who's hitting six figure months, multi six figure months.

That person, you know, wakes up at 4:00am, they are doing their morning yoga, their meditations or affirmations, they're, you know, doing their workout after, they're going for a one hour walk, they are getting ready, they're, you know, looking amazing for all of their high ticket client meetings. There's all of these different things that happen at very specific times to the multi six figure version of myself, right?

The person who is making, you know, $500,000 months has two or three companies open and running and all of them active, not just behind the scenes, right? There's probably say five times the employees that I have working with me right now. And so you have to shift consistently and only focus on like the version of you that is on that other level versus like who you are right now and the things that you're seeing right now.

Because if you get stuck focused on what you're seeing in front of you or like, how do I change this immediate right now, right? You have to just keep moving and focusing on the journey of becoming the very best version of yourself every single day. And understand that that is the win, right? That is the prize. You are the prize.

But that surprise too, it's just about like making the decision to quantum blueprint your next level and dwell there, meditate there before the evidence in the 3D shows up. Because when you show up like it's done, it is done, right? And this is how you can kind of lock in your new identity by normalizing it. And you can normalize it with new language. Most people will try to like raise their vibe, but keep speaking like they're powerless.

But your words, they are very important and they have a lot of power. So your sentences, your thoughts, they all build blueprints. And if you want to stop, you know, working on your old programming, you have to lock it in your new identity with new language. So that is why I am like, I have my brainwashed program that I do, and that is why I have. I am the blueprint. Because these programs help rewire you, your brain, using neuroplasticity and, like, you know, the.

The thoughts that you hear every single day. The more you can normalize having conversations, conversations that, you know, talk about making a lot more money, the more you're gonna feel comfortable holding it, right? Like, if I said, I'm gonna give you a hundred thousand dollars right now, like, what comes up for you? Does that feel normal? Is that like pocket change? Is that like, okay, that's a casual Tuesday for me? Is that like, oh, my God, this is life changing?

Like, I don't even know what I would do with it, or like, you know what I mean? Hits different for everybody. So you have to normalize and lock in your identity with the person and the version of you, because you can't receive something that you don't actually feel comfortable receiving.

So that's why, you know, being in the room with yourself and speaking like that person and owning it and showing up as that person and moving like that person and building the habits of the person who does that will help you embody and become that person, right? Because every time you speak with your authority, your body is going to remember that and your reality will rearrange.

I like to think of it like, every single night when I go to bed, the entire universe is rearranging itself to adjust to my new desires. And I get to wake up and, like, experience the amazingness that that gets to be. So the last thing, this is numero six here, guys. So I want you to feel first and then move. So your nervous system is not your enemy, right? I talked about this in the beginning of this episode. So it's your gps, and when it's activated, it is telling you, we are about to level up.

We are about to attract more money. We are about to, you know, operate on level 150. So instead of spiraling, just pause and breathe and just activate your elevated emotion and just say, like, thank you so much for this experience right now. And that will help you adjust to the feeling and, like, move past it and just start operating in a higher frequency where you're just like, this is normal.

So that you're not running away from it, that you're bringing so much light to it that the shadows don't even recognize you anymore. You don't just want a moment of relief.

Embodying Your New Identity

You want an entire identity shift. You want to live as the light. You don't want to just look for it. And your doubt will turn into power when you stop rehearsing the past and you start embodying that future. Your shame will turn into self respect when you assume that wholeness like I talked about. Even when your mind is screaming that you're not right, like you have to be able to hold your energy.

The chaos will turn into clarity when you stop trying to escape the moment and you start choosing to command it and you decide it. When you stop overthinking, when you decide, when you embody, when you flip the switch. Right? Nothing is complicated. It's consistent. It's you remembering who you are. So next time you feel stuck or triggered or you start spiraling or you feel like you're on the edge of like a collapse or something, don't ask for another sign.

Don't you know, pray and hope it changes or wonder what to do to make it work? Be the person who already has it working for them. Flip the switch, decide. Don't look for something to fix. Just turn the light on. Come back in the room and you will always find your way home.
