¶ Understanding Audience Engagement
You're wondering why your audience isn't buying. You're wondering why they keep scrolling past your offer, why they look, but they don't take action. You built something amazing. You keep showing up. You have created. And yet when it's time for them to move, they just seem to hesitate. And it's not because your offer isn't good. And it's not because you're missing something critical in the back end. It's because your audience still doesn't trust you enough to follow through.
So they don't feel that deep certainty that this is my person. You know, that knowing, like, I 100% know this person is gonna be able to solve this for me. I feel so convicted in that, right? Like, have you ever felt that? And if you have, which I know you have, what made you feel that way, and that is what we're gonna fix today, okay? So you.
You keep walking around holding your dream, holding the vision, the fire that was placed inside of you for, you know, knowing you were made for something bigger. And you keep asking for permission. You keep trying to be relatable instead of owning who you really are. So what that looks like is you softening your edge. So softening your message. That's the thing that would actually, like, magnetize everybody to you.
You know how you have that, like, cute, sassy little attitude, that fun little, like, you know, joke side of you? Or maybe you're somebody who's just like, super. I don't know what your personality is, right? Like, it's so hard to say off the top of my head right now, but, like, that little thing you've got that nobody else does, right? Like, that's the thing that magnetizes you about your personality.
We all have that one little thing about us that's like, oh, she's like X. Or he's always got this going on, right? But every time you hide your authority behind a veil of perfection or what you think somebody wants to hear, you delay the very thing that you were called to bring into the world. Because no one's going to come validate you. Nobody's going to come crown you as worthy. That's your job, right? That was your job the whole time.
¶ Building Trust with Your Audience
Your audience is not just buying a product. They're not just buying services. They are buying certainty. They're buying your energy. They are buying your frequency. They are buying the feeling that following you will take them somewhere better. And if you don't believe in your power, they will feel that. And when you hesitate in your own world and you hesitate to believe. If they will buy from you, they. They will hesitate. Because your world is a reflection of the internal dialogue.
So when you second guess, they second guess. When you dilute yourself, you dilute them and their trust in you. So keep taking the actions that are not going to get you where you want to go or take the actions that will. You are the permission slip. You are the evidence they're looking for. You are the standard they are calibrating to. The reason they don't trust you is because you don't trust yourself in front of them. And. And until you do, they will not.
¶ Understanding Trust: Connecting with Your Audience
So let's break this down. There are three core reasons why your audience still doesn't trust you and what we're. And this is what we're going to shift today. So the first thing is that you're speaking to their mind, not their heart. You're giving them information, facts, lists, tips, tricks. But you're not moving them. You're not calling them home. Information will get attention and you'll be a great free resource. But emotion is what creates action.
If your words don't make them feel something, they're not going to do something. I will often say things in my content like, you are so good at what you do and it's starting to piss you off because you still don't have sales. Like, how good you are doesn't reflect the amount of income that you have. That's going to be like, oh, yes, you know, like she. That's going to be like, yes, I am mad that I'm not getting the sales and I want to talk to that person.
Because if they are pissed off about it, they're ready to do something about it. So your energy doesn't make them believe again. They will not buy again. Right? You have to speak to the place in them that remembers the place that aches to be seen, the place that longs for the expansion, the place that cannot be reached through logic. It can only be reached through truth, through depth, through your own real embodiment.
The second thing, here you are asking them to move without showing them why it's safe to. People are terrified of making the wrong decision. They're terrified to waste their time, to waste their money, to waste their dream. Right? They've been burned in the past and you're asking them to jump. But have you built a bridge? You have to show them why it's safe to trust you, why it's safer to move than to say the same.
Why following you will not cost them, it will complete them and that safety is built through consistency, congruency and certainty. Through showing up as yourself, through owning how good you actually are at what you do. From not operating in fear, because fear is not reality. Are you consistent in your message? Are you congruent in what you say and what you do? Are you certain? In your presence, in your work, in your words? Because if you are not, they cannot be.
¶ Building Trust and Confirmation
The third and final thing, you are still trying to convince them instead of confirming. Right? You need to convince the right people. You don't need to. Sorry. You don't have to convince the right people. They already know. You just have to confirm what they already know inside of them. The right buyers looking for resonance with you, they're looking for alignment. They're looking for the feeling that you simply are naming what they already feel.
The more you posture, the more you pitch, the more you push, the more you distance yourself from that resonance. Right? Because you are not operating as your true self. When you're doing that, you are trying to manipulate reality in your favor. So you don't have to argue for your value. You don't. You just have to, like, embody it and just own that. And when you live from your deep truth, you will attract deep truth trust. So your action plan, speak from your heart, not your mind.
Make it safe for them to move in your world. Stop convincing people and start confirming that you're great. Right? And then trust yourself so that they have no choice but to trust you, too. Your audience doesn't need more proof. They're not waiting for any. Like, they're waiting for you to stop waiting. They're waiting for you to decide. They're waiting for you to show them how it's done.
¶ Embodying Your True Self
This is a season where your authority will no longer be performance. It will be a presence. You don't have to tell people to trust you. They simply will. And the right ones will say, I trust you because I see you. I trust you because you remind me of what I'm capable of. I'm trusting you because I'm in your space and I believe in myself again. And that is what I want you to portray to your audience this week.
