Hey guys. I am so excited to talk about this today.

Leading a Business: Strategies for Success

So I want to talk about, you know, when you're leading a business already, you have a team of like five or ten people behind you. Your content is on another level, right? It's your primary acquisition tool and it's not hitting enough for you right now. And you already know your content drives buyers. This isn't new to you. You're not playing the visibility game. You are building for conversion, for precision, for longevity, right?

But what's happening for you right now is that the message that your team is putting out or is producing is not at the level that it should be you're creating, but you're not converting at the full potential that your company could be. And you're feeling that right now. So there's nothing wrong with the product, with your audience, with your marketing. It's the clarity and the message, right? That's the part that got doled out because.

Not because you're unclear, but because the communication chain between your mind and the market has a gap.

Understanding the Gap in Communication

So that's where I want to kind of focus in today. So if you're somebody who wants to attract high value buyers, if you want high ticket sales, you have to show your audience and you also have to show your team what being high value looks and sounds like, right? It's always going to start within you and it continues through the way your team writes, speaks, shares and positions your business for you.

So your ideas, your insights, your standards, those need to live inside of your content, not just inside of your brain or, or inside of a weekly meeting or something like that. The market has to feel the leadership that you give your team because your content is being filtered through your team. If all you're doing is just like pouring into your team and your people on a new, more intimate level, right?

If you're doing that, but you're just sharing data with them, thinking that they're going to piece it all together. But you don't have time to wait for sales to catch up, right? Like you are the sales, you need to really start training your team and people on a new level, the one that goes beyond your current comfort zone.

In order for you to hit those high cash months, in order for you to hit six figure months, multi six figure months, you have to be really good at orchestrating and moving things forward. If you're too focused on one area and you're just waiting for things to pick up, that is costing you a lot of money and time. And it's also a gap, right? And it's not even like a gap that you are unaware of. It's a conscious gap.

And so as long as you have conscious gaps inside of your reality, you will forever feel like you're racing against the clock. You'll feel that pressure like you want to move. And that's when things start getting diluted. And that's why your content is dictating your income. And it's not blowing up the way that it should be. It's not popping off like you know that it could be.

You need to be the example and you have the lead and you have to show them how you make sales happen instantly through your content and what goes into making good content. Because you can't pour into an audience if you are not as follow full as your message gets distributed, right? So you have to keep your cup full in order to overflow onto others and really have that activation happen for your audience. So you're doing fine.

Messaging is gonna turn into that scaling fast momentum when your content strategy stops performing like a marketing task and it starts operating like an asset from your business. You want to acquire clients who respect the depth and the quality of your work. But this is why it's not happening for you. Because your messaging is still being created from content calendars, not from conversion psychology.

You're posting what you think that you should post and what is trendy or what this person's doing. And here's where the market is in the industry versus like taking the time to understand why people buy from you. If you don't know why somebody buys from you, if you don't know your red dress in the window, you that is the, you know, reason why somebody is going to come to you in the first place. You want refined, precise conversion, first communication and all of your content.

What you have is still a content system that is designed for engagement, not for scaling and not for sales. So every day that you consistently let your content go out, that checks all the boxes. You lose trust, you lose relevance and you are not positioning yourself right. So you're thinking right now, your team is posting regularly, you have a process, the feedback's good, sales come in and that's why you're stuck, right? Because the bar isn't good. The bar is excellence. The bar is greatness.

The bar is undeniable, crazy, insane, stupid success, that money flowing in all the time, right? And if you want that kind of life, and I know that you do, because you're here for a reason, you need strategic depth. You need precise language and a applicable system that educates and sells all at once, right? You don't just want a team that posts. You want a team that knows how to speak to the right buyer at the right time. You want a team that knows how to step in and do what you do like.

Sorry, you want them to make what you do like 10x, right? You want them to do it and just like add their own little sauce to it, sprinkle it and make it like even 10x, right? Like level 101. You want a team that ends up being smarter than you are. So here's what you want to focus on.

Building Effective Messaging Strategies

I want you to build your messaging that is going to mirror your ideal buyer's dream life and not their pain points. People are well aware of the programming, the problems that they have, right? We want to repeat less of the old data and we want to share more possibility and new data as well as opportunities that could be presented to somebody so that they could take advantage of that opportunity and change their life. Right? So why are you creating your content? Is it for you or for them? Right.

I think one of the things I consistently said if you've been with me for a while is to make sure that you're never glorifying yourself through your content, right? If the only reason why you posted today was for you to make money for yourself, you are attached to the circumstance and you are seeking external validation and relying on things outside of you to bring you your peace, your joy, your love, your happiness and your abundance.

So you want to create content with a single clear outcome that is built with buyer decision making inside. You want to focus on framing, pre framing and problem gap awareness. These are so critical. Literally just doing those things would add probably six figures to your income right now. The other things that I want you to focus on is what are the limiting beliefs that my audience has, right? Like remove those and then educational content.

I know every person here is only probably doing that right now. You might not even be selling inside of your content and that's affecting your sales, right? Because the point of a social media, of course. Okay. And you, if you're listening, you probably have a personal brand, right? And that personal brand is an extension of your business.

And so you think that by being more personal and getting like you bought into the lie that people need to know every little detail about your life or that they have to know where you went to school or know how many clients you have, how much money are you making? What is this happening? What is this? Like you have probably told yourself a story about what you have to tell somebody and how you have to educate your audience in order to make them trust you.

And that is why your income isn't where it is, right?

Creating Content That Connects

You want positioning content and you want content that qualifies your dream buyer. Nobody really cares about your thoughts on this unpopular opinion. Nobody cares about 10 ways to 10x this or you know what I mean. Like those are all really fluffy educational posts that I can get from anybody on the Internet or ask ChatGPT or Google, right? What I can't get from Google or Chat, GBT or everybody else on the Internet is actual expansion.

I can't get people who show me like what is actually available for me. It's very hard to get activated and triggered and be like, oh my God, yes, this is for me. I need this, right? Your dream buyer is going to need to hear things like people pay me 30k in full to work with me because of X, Y and Z, right? Like that is a killer hook and post that is educational in a way that sells and it's positioning you, it's educating, it's removing a limiting belief. It's framing and pre framing.

People pay me 30k in full to work with me because of this, this and this, right? Like people pay me 30k in full for 4 month coaching container, one on one because of who they become and the results that they get when they're inside my world, right? Like that is a hook that I'm like number one, if I'm somebody who wants to be paid 30k, I'm gonna be very triggered emotionally and psychologically by that desire. The other thing I'm doing is like framing and pre framing. People pay me, right?

So that's pre framing and framing and showing and telling. This is what happens inside of my world, right? I'm telling them how much they're gonna pay me and they're just gonna consistently hear me and talk about this and pre frame it and eventually neuroplasticity and a plastic brain will catch up with that. If it's the right person who's in alignment, they're gonna be.

It's a no brainer decision for the right person who's in alignment with the truth that is being spoken through that experience, right? Because number one, even if you're not making 30k with your clients and your coaching, maybe you're only doing 5k or 10k containers right now, something like that, right?

Even if that's happening, you still have to be able to like show up and call out and be bold and Talk to the person who is in alignment and you feel amazing because you're actually saying and doing what you really want to say and do instead of watering it down or talking to the person that you think would buy or would be able to afford you, right?

Because when you're operating and you're creating content from a place of like, well, this person is going to think this and that person's this and this and that and you're just looking to the extent external world rather than just trusting your instincts and saying what you really want to say, charging what you really want to charge and operating your business in a way that makes sense and is a no brainer for you because it actually makes you happy and you're in alignment with it, right?

Like honestly, I think if you're watering down your message and you think that person would be able to afford you, like that person is like plain small, they're shrinking, they're rooted in fear, they're in their stress, their anxiety and they're not capable of making decisions that excel expand them because they live inside of their comfort zone, right?

Embracing Your Worth: The Journey to 30k Clients

So if you post something and you say, people pay me 30k in full, right? Prepaid for four months to work with me because of this, well, that is going to 100% turn off anybody who can't afford me, right? So if I say here's the bar, here's my standard, here's, here's what I want, this is the package and what I'm willing to give you for that, if that sounds good to you, because it already sounds pretty good to me, then why don't we work together, right?

And so it's not about looking outside of you and saying like, oh, this is never going to happen, this is impossible for me, or that feels like a stretch or I've never had anybody pay me 30k, so why would I post that? And that's where you have to understand that like you have to operate and I talk about this a lot, right? You have to operate from the end. You have to live in the assumption that it's already done. You have to operate as your future self.

You have to tap into the frequency of the version of you who actually makes 50k, right? Or 30k, whatever it is. So if you're going to tap into that version of you, you're going to stand firm, you're going to be root and grounded and like fight for the things that you actually want and believe that the world is good enough and you're good enough to receive it, right? Like Just be open to having your mind blown for a change, right?

Like the reason why you're not getting the sales that you want in your company right now is because you're not taking the risk, right? You're not stretching yourself, you're not pushing boundaries, you're shrinking back into that comfort zone and you're attracting low quality buyers and leads who don't convert because they're in that comfort zone and they're not able to understand.

Paying 30k is such a blessing and a gift and like just an amazing experience and to be operating at that level of consciousness and all these other things, right? Like there's so many gifts available for that experience. And I think if you could just stop thinking about all of the weirdness around it, that and the stories that you build up in your mind, if you could just be present, fully rooted in the moment, then you will get everything that you want.

And I want you to think about training your team to think like a strategist and not just a creator, right? You don't just want to post what went viral, what this happened, what that happened. You want to attract the right people into your world and you can attract the right people into your world if you're talking and trying to blend in with all of the rest of the world, right? You were born to stand out. You were born to shine, to sparkle, to radiate, to, you know, just live your best life.

So don't post and share what everybody else is posting or sharing about because you do not conform to the patterns of this world. You gain wisdom, you understand your gifts and your purpose and you move and you operate from love and align action and frequency. So anchor your communication around one central idea, not three ideas in one post. I see so many people do that.

They over complicate the post or their hook is about like, you know, people pay me 30k in full because of who they become when they work with me. And then they're talking about like you know, something completely different. This is a bad example. Let me use a different hook. Something like foreign, let's do something with like leadership development. I think that will be easier to make those points.

So something like if you opened up about, you will stop procrastinating when you learn how to do master your emotions, okay? And then later in your post you're talking about how this is like the, the trust issues and like all these other things, right? Like the person didn't come here because of their trust, they came here for procrastination. So I just want you to like, keep in mind what you're saying inside of your content, right?

Because I think a lot of people accidentally like feel that there's so many components to what they actually want to teach and say. And so they put all of this time to try and over explain what their point is and get it across to you, right? And that's that watered down fog that like sounds the same as everybody else's. So instead you want to be very specific and learn how to create content that actually converts and sells.

So you want to switch from just trying to like educate and get to know your audience and build, you know, whatever it is that you're doing right now that is not making you money and you want to convert to creating content that is actually going to sell and scale a business and that has launches and campaigns and running ads and doing all these other things that go beyond just like posting every day on social media, right?

So odds are, if you do have a team of five to 10 people though, you already have some email marketing, maybe you're working on your blog, your SEO, you're on YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, all of the different platforms. So I just want you to be very intentional about what you're saying, why you're saying it and how it's coming across to your audience and your, your community.

Transforming Communication for Business Success

So this is basically all I wanted to say here today. And I want you to just start speaking to your next level client, right? Speaking with clarity, to your own team, whoever is helping you. And if you can't translate your genius to your team, you will never attract your buyers or get the sales that you've been hoping for.
