Okay. I am on a marketing kick today.

Understanding Brand Positioning

So we're going to talk about brand positioning and we're not going to talk about positioning in the usual way that you hear about it. I want to talk about positioning yourself as the most obvious, no brainer, most valuable choice for high ticket buyers. Because if you're building a business with a team, with systems, with a long term scale in mind, then you already know your content is currency. And how you position your brand is what determines whether you sell $100 offers or 30k $30.

30k dollars, 30 or $30,000 offers, right? So your content is not just content, it's communication, it's the pre sale, it's how high value buyers are qualifying you before they ever talk to you, right? So what are they looking for? Signals of alignment, the cues that tell them this is somebody who thinks like me, scales like me, and solves problems, problems at the level that I'm playing at. That's what I do with my brand. And that's why my audience is always buying, right?

I don't wait to become a brand. I own the one that I am. I speak to the personality traits of the buyer that I want. The one who stretches themselves, the one who invests, the one who has a team, the one who understands scale. I'm not here for the delusional energy of somebody who thinks that they could make $75,000 and you know, their first week of business and they've never done anything like this ever before without even knowing who their ideal customer is, right?

So that would be like an illogical person to work with because they don't understand who they're even selling to. But if you don't know how to position your brand properly, you will end up attracting people who are, you know, impossible. They have really high expectations. They are putting all of their like success and value on this one number or this one thing, right?

Like you want to talk to your ideal buyers and your ideal clients and your content in a way that says like, I am the person who stretches myself, right? Like I am the person who is consistently expanding my capacity to become more, to receive more, to operate at a higher level, right? I am that person and I show up and I, I honor that in my daily actions because it is my identity, right? So the number one thing I think is that your content can't be like filled with lies.

You have to be very truthful in what you do when you're positioning yourself, right? And I think there is a difference between positioning yourself and like pushing yourself. To an edge with like, you know, people pay me 30k because that's your price. And like pre framing something if you haven't actually generated that revenue yet, right? Like I don't think that it's a lie. I think that you're just asking for what you want and finding the people who are in alignment with it. Right?

Because you're not lying and saying that this is something that I've already done. So I just kind of want to touch on that now inside the program.

Positioning Your Brand for Success

Activate your audience. I break this down in a much more in depth way. But what I want you to understand why this works when you're positioning yourself is like, okay, if I say my audience is always buying from me because they are. This isn't like a flex where I'm like promoting or pushing or like trying to be self glorifying. It's positioning and it's framing and it's telling my audience how to buy from me. And that they're always buying, right?

And that when they buy, they don't just buy one thing, they buy everything. And when they come into my world, they don't just come and my world, they stay in my world and they stay there long term. So when my client does come into my world and they start also even the slightest positioning, marketing and like the content, if you go to my LinkedIn profile, if you go to any social media profile, or even my emails, they all say, go binge my podcast. I'm not saying go listen to this one episode.

I am telling you to go binge it. And I get DMS from people, I get, you know, WhatsApp messages, text messages, whatever. And they're like, oh, I'm binging you right now. And every single time I think even my dad said something to me like, oh, are people binging your podcast? And I was like, oh, did you say that because of my emails? And you know, it's just so funny because what you say in your marketing becomes associated with your brand identity and your brand energy and who you are.

So a lot of people will be like, oh, I'm repeating myself all the time, or this or that. But that's branding, right? That's positioning, that's marketing, that's selling. That's like, you are who you are, right? So are you bored of yourself or are you not like living to your full potential? And so you feel like your content isn't interesting enough anymore, right? Because you are your content.

So if you feel like your content's bland, it's probably because you're not doing enough inside of your day and your life and you need a little bit more excitement or you have to flip that scratch switch that says you are in the light, not the darkness, right? So I'm saying, when I say things like this, my audience is always buying from me. It's not the flex. That's positioning. Because when I speak an absolute, it anchors certainty.

High level clients respond to certainty because they already operate from it, right? So it also reframes the buyer's brain to start asking, like, why are people always buying from her? And that question builds subconscious trust before they even enter my funnels. Because my audience is always binging and buying everything and this triggers that, like fomo, right? Like if people are binging and buying, that means there's value there and it means that it's worth their time.

It implies movement and implies momentum and demand, right? When I say things in my content like, I only want to work with high level people who are willing to do the work, I am calling out my dream buyer and my dream client.

The Importance of Positioning in Branding

Because your dream buyers and your dream clients are not the same thing. I break this down in my program. Your content dictates your income in a really powerful way. So if that's something you want to learn more about, I would recommend that program you can click into the Show Notes or wherever you're listening right now and get access to all of those programs in there. So that is like I am not speaking to the masses, right?

Like, if I only want to work with high level people who are willing to do the work, like if I put that inside of my content, I am filtering out people who are like, I don't want to do that or like, if the person is lazy or like, they don't take a lot of action, right? Like they're not going to be drawn to my brand, right? But the people who take action, they move and they are ready to do the work. Those are the people that I want because I'm going to get amazing testimonials and outcomes.

Because these people are just already willing to do the work. They're already on the journey of becoming the best version of themselves. They already want in, right? And it just, it's filtering, it's qualifying, it's positioning, it's all of it, right? I talk about, like LinkedIn, I talk about team building, I talk about operational systems, I talk about acquisition. These are all key keywords that I use to signal to the CEO who knows what matters, right?

Like if they're, if I just talk about one Little thing, I am not going to attract the right person, right? Because the person, like my dream buyer wants to be a badass CEO who maybe has a team of like 500 people one day. Maybe your coaching business is giving you the funds to operate your next business. Maybe you're like me and you already have two or three companies, right? Maybe you know, you have an agency, you have a supplement company, you have coaching company, you have this, right?

Like there might be multiple things that you're doing right now. So I want to speak to the person who is also operating at a high level. I want to attract the right people. And so I'm going to show up as a high value person in my content and I'm going to have a high opinion on myself because I am a child of God, right? So I think if you can take yourself seriously, that's the difference between like people listening when you speak and people scrolling past you.

It's the difference between being followed and being paid, right? So I think another important thing I want to touch on right now is just the fact that like you, you don't want to wait to be validated by income, right? You want to speak like a brand now, because I think a lot of people play small.

I, I'm guilty of doing this from in my earlier days, but you play small because you think that you need so much revenue to like make bolder claims or to say what you really want to say or that like once you have this in place, then you can do that and you can't be waiting. Like you can't be validated by something. You have to like own it now. You always have to show up as the thing that you're uncomfortable being.

Because when you decide that, okay, let's use an example like an alcoholic or like a drug addict or a smoker, maybe let's just use smoking a little bit less dramatic. So if you're a smoker and you decide, I'm going to quit smoking, right, Then you make a decision and you shift your entire identity and you say, I am not a smoker. And you don't wait until you stop smoking to say that you decide that you're going to stop smoking.

And then the action and the behavior and the thing follows that decision. So don't wait to be validated by having enough clients, having enough testimonials, having enough evidence, having enough whatever you think is holding you back right now. Don't think that you need to be validated by something outside. You are enough in the moment. And there's you know, it's not by our works alone. There's literally, it's. There's nothing that you could do. It's all in God's hands. It's all preordained.

It's all already been called for. So you're gonna end up, like, if you're meant to be a millionaire, you're gonna end up a millionaire anyways. So, I mean, just go do the thing now, right? Stop waiting and then, like, feeling the pain of staying stuck. Just go be happy and do what you want and say what you want and ask for what you want, and then just have faith that lasts longer than five minutes and believe that you get to receive that.

Positioning and Directing Your Audience

All right, so another thing that I do when it comes to positioning is I'm consistently directing my audience. And I already touched on this a bit, but, like, go binge my podcast, Go buy everything. Get inside this, get inside that. The call to action is always very specific. And it's also like, I'm always directing them with very specific days and times. Right? The price is exactly this today. Tomorrow, the price will increase. Like, let's say the price is $99 today.

Tomorrow, the price is going up to 1 22. Then on Thursday or Friday, it's going to go up to $150. And then on Sunday at midnight, it is going to go back up to full price, and you are going to miss out on this. And so I'm very specific. And when you know a certain day or time, and it's like, I'm launching this on Monday at noon. Well, when Monday Onion comes around, your subconscious is, like, looking for me. It's expecting me. It's waiting for me. It's reminded.

Because you're a very intelligent person and you intake a lot of data. So I'm consistently directing my audience and priming them. Right. That's a really good way to, like, help with your positioning. Because when you're positioned correctly and you compliment it by directing them and giving them the right instructions, you just. They move on direction, right? You want to lead powerfully, give people clear, compelling next steps.

This all adds up to very strategic brand positioning, because positioning is not passive. You have to be like, it's. It's you constantly shaping the narrative of your dream clients to step into. It's not waiting for somebody to validate. It's validating yourself so consistently that you. Your content becomes the proof. Your audience is watching you to see you. Sorry. Your audience is watching to see how you see you. Right.

So if you can't say what makes your offer worth 30k, they're not going to make that assumption, right? Like, you have to hold the frequency of that. You have to show up as that person. You can't be who you are today and make those bold, outrageous claims and change nothing. Unless you're already showing up as that 30k version of you because you already

Identity Shifts and Client Attraction

had that identity shift, right? So if you haven't had the identity shift, you haven't upgraded your actions, if you're not showing up the same way that person would every single day, regardless of what that comfort or discomfort feels like for you, if you only position your brand for like low ticket sales, you're never going to get the high clients, you're never going to get the cash flow you want. You're never going to have the leverage that you need.

Every day that you hold back, you attract more people into your world who are also holding back, right? So you're thinking, but I don't want to like serve everybody. I want, I don't want to be too niche. Like, and this thinking right now, that's why your pipeline is full of misaligned leads. Because you don't need to have 100 people inside of your DMs. You need five. Right? People to see your brand and know that you're the right person and then ask you for the link, right?

Like that is such a better sales process of having really good content that activates your audience and has them coming to you, right? Because you don't have to chase. You're a magnet for miracles. So you don't want to just grow your brand.

You want to create a buyer ecosystem where your audience is being primed daily, where people know exactly how to work with you, where people watch your content and they want to step into your world because your world looks like fun and looks exciting and people want more of what you got because they see it in you, right? Your low conversion content is going to turn into a high converting brand for you.

When you anchor your positioning inside of results, you reflect the beliefs of your dream buyer when you speak from the identity of the mentor that they're actually seeking, not the person who doesn't say what they should be saying, right? So show that through every touch point that working with you is a strategic, strategic move. And it's like very valuable to do that, right? Because you're a very valuable person. You're amazing and you deserve to be well paid for your time.

So inside of my Creating Buyers program, we actually break all of this down, right?

So we're not, like, it's not necessarily a content program, but I will rewire your brain if you don't have buyers to understand all of the limiting beliefs and the thought patterns and these sneaky little things, like I've mentioned over the podcast from yesterday and today's podcast, like, all those sneaky little beliefs, those are the things that are capping your income and keeping you stuck and not allowing you to take up space and be a full expression of who you really are.

And I know you're thinking like, but, Natalie, I am who I am. I'm not pretending to be anybody else. And to that, my response is, but do you, like, fully love yourself? Do you believe in yourself? Do you trust yourself? And do like, okay, if I said you're gonna get five new coaching clients tomorrow and you're gonna have over 100 people inside of your online programs, you're gonna have this massive overflow pour into you. How do you feel in that moment? Are you freaking out?

Are you like, my back end's a mess? Are you like, oh, my God, I have to go do fix this, I have to do that. I need this. Or like, oh, my God, I don't know if I can hold that. Like, I don't have time. I'm already so busy. What am I gonna do? Like, whatever comes up for you in those moments when I'm saying this right now. Like, if I said you were gonna get a flood of 150 people into your world, that's the work, the stress you feel, the tightness.

Maybe you've got like a, you know, feeling in your stomach or in your chest right now, like, those little emotional triggers for you, right? That is the work that creating buyers is gonna get rid of for you so that you can confidently say things like, I'm working towards my first hundred million dollar year, and you're not gonna flinch at it because it's normalized, right?

Creating Buyers: Mindset Shifts for Success

So inside of creating buyers, I walk you through the exact mindset shifts that I went through when I was trying to create buyers and I had no buyers. And I'm like, but I'm so good at marketing, and I've scaled these companies and I did all these things. Why isn't this happening for me? And I started listening to all these people who were like, oh, running a business is hard. It takes time.

And, you know, I had all of this, like, gung ho energy and excitement and, like, you know, this feeling like, I'm here, I'm ready, it's gonna be amazing. And then everyone around you is so negative. And they, you know, they're struggling or they go through this and they had a lot of things to work through. And I get it. But I'm just never gonna talk about how hard it is because I believe in a world where it gets to be easy, right?

Like we don't have to over complicate it, we don't have to overthink it. We can show up and ask for what we want. And I honestly think the biggest shift is believing you're just worthy of receiving and that is okay. Right? So anyways, I feel like I went on a rant about something else. But if you are serious about changing your mindset, I think the Creating Buyers program is like the best no brainer option for you.

It literally are definitely all of the mindset things that I learned from going from like having days where I was making, you know, over $150,000 annually to no income, to my, you know, money that was in my savings being depleted, to needing to ask for help, to hitting $50,000 months, right?

And like going from that rock bottom moment, I literally remember one day my Internet got shut down and I was like sitting inside of a parking lot with my laptop using free wi fi and I didn't even have enough money to put gas in my car. So I was just like sitting outside on my computer, putting my post out in the morning and like, you know, holding the energy, believing through the moments.

But all of those negative moments, all of those little limiting beliefs, every single thought that came into my brain during those times, like all of those flips are inside of this program. And so if you're somebody who's really struggling right now, I highly recommend that you do that because you will get exactly what you need. And you might not make sales, like instantly. You might, depending on where you're at in your journey.

If you've already made revenue, this will blow your mind and you'll probably just like open up a floodgate and just keep going from there. But if you're somebody who is completely stuck at ground zero, no clients, no nothing, this is going to be the thing that allows them to open up and get into your world. Because you're going to have the awareness that you need to move through the problems that you have to overcome in order to receive them.

So basically, that is everything that I had for you guys today, and I am so excited to hear about how you position yourself. So go have fun doing that.
