Are you making decisions, Are you making decisions for right now or are you making the right decisions for your long term success? This is the difference between running a business that constantly demands more of you and building one that supports the life that you actually want. Because if you're only thinking about the next sale, the next invoice, the next client billing, your calendar, the next client filling your calendar, then you're playing a short term game.
And that short term game, it's going to keep you stuck in the cycle where money only moves when you do.
¶ Shifting Perspectives: The Long-Term Game
But let's zoom out, right? Let's like how do you actually want money to flow into your business? Do you want it to feel unpredictable and require hustle? Or do you want it to feel like an unstoppable, scalable machine that brings in thousands of dollars even when you're not doing anything right? Because real financial freedom isn't about making more, it's about making money in ways that feel sustainable, access, exciting, and completely in alignment with your long term vision.
So let's talk about your strategy. Because right now, if your revenue is tied to your hours, the hours that you work, the calls that you take, the launches that you plan, then your income is kept by your time. But what if you could step away for the entire day or parts of your day to, you know, take a break that is probably really well needed for you? You could go to the gym, you could spend time with your family and still have thousands of dollars pouring in. That's what we're unlocking today.
That's what we're going to dove into. So the first thing that you can do in your business right now is add in evergreen offers. So stop relying on launches to create offers that sell every single day, but bring in and focus on the actual like outside revenue streams that you have. For example, a potential point of entry to my business is my podcast. A potential entry point to my business is the LinkedIn profile. A potential entry to my business is my weekly newsletter.
A potential entry point to my business is Pinterest. Right, so there's all these different, there's more, but I'm not going to list them all off here. But basically the entry points to your business are kind of like your top of funnel content, right? Where you offer something, you nurture people, you talk to the people who have been in your world for a while and then you also talk to the new people inside of your world.
You meet people where they're at on their journey and you're providing educational content, you're providing selling Content, you're doing all of the things, right? But when you look at that, you can structure your business so all of the entry points are what brings in people to your world. You can also run advertising and shrink the time that it takes in order for you to get your result because you're advertising money and your dollars that are going out or spend.
Like instead of waiting for a month to get results, for example, you could spend money on ads with a post that you already know has brought in leads for you before.
You could run that, add some money to it and just get more money and shrink the time that it takes for you to wait because you're pushing your, you're investing and trusting in the universe and saying, I want more and I'm ready to receive that and I'm making this opportunity available so that I can have that money flow into my world, right?
¶ Strategies for Building a Scalable Business Model
So when you do that, that means that you are now able to build a scalable business model, right? That means you could have all of this as your, you know, storefront window, the entry point to your business. But most people put content as like their entire business and then they forget about all of the back end stuff. So the point of social media, the point of other, you know, websites or applications that you're using is to bring people into your world and keep them and retain them there.
So that looks like giving them something for free so that they could enter your world, right? Like a lead magnet, some kind of ebook, a guide. You could give away a free video, but you're asking them for your email, right? And so a lot of people will create exceptional content. They'll just post it on social media.
But what if instead you actually took the video that you had and you're like, okay, let me create a video that sells this video and tells them what they're going to get in the next video. So I give them a video, I'm like, hey, if you want to know about this thing, then I have another video for you. Just send me your email or DM me this word. And then you have that attachment with that person. They're submitting their information, they're like intaking more of you for a longer period of time.
So that is a really good way for you to like get people's email addresses and then have the proper email marketing system. So email marketing should be generating like 60 to 70% of your revenue and then like coaching or one to one or anything that is like exchanging time for money can bring in the other like 30, 20 to 30% right, whatever, whatever business model looks right for you specifically.
Especially like if you're in a service based business, you might have no choice but to train, trade your time for money until you can gain enough leverage to pay other people to do it for you.
¶ Building a Scalable Business Model
So when you're building a scalable business model, what you want to do is you want to have digital products, you want prerecorded courses or memberships that can go and people can go and buy at any moment. So the question that I have for you today is if somebody wanted to pay you right now, do they have, can they do that or they do they have to wait for your next launch?
Like if someone read your post this morning and they're like, oh my God, I want to go buy this girl's course, she's on fire, I want to read this. Like, whatever, I just need more. Like they're activated, they're ready to buy, but you don't have anything there for them, right? Like you're complaining that you don't have any money. They're like, oh my God, she doesn't have enough options for me. And so what's missing, right?
Your action to provide the actual digital products, maybe your service, whatever that is, or the belief in your ability to perform those things. Like, I'm not sure where you're at on your journey, but if somebody wanted to pay you right now, could they or do they have to wait for your next launch? The goal here is to make money move even when you're not in promotion mode. So the next shift that you need to make of setting up the automated sales system that works without you.
So if you're still selling manually every single offer, you're wasting your time. If you feel like you have to DM people on LinkedIn and you like have to go through 500 people and that your business model, you're not really going to get very far. And it's very energy draining and like you're just constantly talking to people. Like DMing people is not a scalable business model unless you're setting up AI agents and chat bots and you've already figured out the blueprint, right?
Like if you already know that if I hire this company and they're going to make all of this money by doing this with a proven system. And I know I'm going to get X, Y and Z there, don't leave it to chance because the DMS are like an annoying place with tons of triggers that are going to like, you know, set things off if you hire somebody else they're not going to understand and see the gaps that you see.
So no matter how well you train somebody, they're still not going to be you inside of those DM chats anyways, right? So having that sales team is good if you're a solopreneur. But I mean is it the right move, is it the actual way? Or could you upgrade your belief system and not have to work harder for money?
Could you upgrade your belief system and say that money flows easily and frequently into my world and if I want people to just like binge my content and I make my content bingeable and I make my content build off of one another and I put keywords inside of my content that then solve problems that like for example, if you want to become a high value woman, I'm working on a program called Become a have like Becoming a high value woman, right? So that those programs are going to.
Details are going to be out soon, in the next week or so. So stay tuned for that if that's something that you want. But that's basically like part of it, right? So inside of my social media content, I'm going to say things like I have a program called non circumstantial identity, right? I'm going to say things like, you need you solve this with a non circumstantial identity. You solve this with my coaching container. You solve this with by becoming a high value woman, right?
And so you're putting the keywords and the trigger words in there they go and look a little bit deeper. Maybe they want to book more appointment. They're just curious. They go to your website and then they see like, oh, she has all of these different programs. I could just buy this. And then they're like, oh, this is only $200. Doesn't mean $50 is only $500. This sounds like let me, let me buy this.
And then they buy one and then you have your automated system in the back end where everything sells everything, right? So not only did you not have to do anything other than create your content to get that sale, right? Which could have been a $500 program, it could have been a 1200 and $50 program, it could have been a $3000 mast. All depends on what level you're playing at.
So with that means that if you didn't have those programs there or any kind of things sitting in the background, maybe you have like, you know, 20 hooks for 20 bucks. Like it's so easy to just have those offers sitting there in the back end in your pocket so that money can actually flow into your world. So if you're not making the amount of money that you want to be right now, my number one question for you is, can people pay?
You can consistently, do you have opportunities for them to buy from you? Right now, if I went to your social media, if I clicked on your LinkedIn, if I went to your Instagram, if I go to your YouTube channel, if I went on your podcast, what are you doing, right? Like, what are the call to actions and how are you positioning your content and positioning how you solve problems inside of your content, right?
So when somebody scrolls through my content and they start binging, they land on one thing and then they're reading the next and they go through them all. They're going to see things that are building off of each other. They're going to have like their mind blown in specific areas and they're going to know exactly what program that they're going to need.
When they click over to see more about me, what's going to work for them specifically based off of the content that they read, they're going to have an idea, they're going to get reminded, they're going to be like, I remember this. This is what I need. This solves my problem. And then they buy from you.
¶ Creating Automated Sales Systems
So you want to set up automated funnels, email sequences and checkout systems that allow sales to happen for you 24 7. This means somebody can go from discovering your brand to buying from you in one seamless experience without you having to lift a finger. It also means that you get to have $500 workouts. It means that you get to go take your dogs for a walk and you make, you know, $2,000, like two hours, right? So, I mean, there's fun in that too.
And then you get to play with it and like, you know, embodying energetics and call in new prices and new, not new prices, but new revenues, right? Like, I think I went to bed saying, like, thank you for my thousand dollar cash day. Like every single day. When I first started my business, I was just like, let me just like call this in. Let me normalize it. Let me think, let me think bigger. Let me expand my mind. Let me play in a bigger field. The key really is posting bingeable content, right?
Bingeable evergreen content that works for you even after you post it. This means positioning your content in a way that nurtures, sells and converts without needing to be there in real time. So the little bit that you play about how, how do I make this work or what do I do to make it work, or how do I get 50,000 or 100,000 or whatever it is for you? Maybe it's 10,000.
Either way, when you post and you create your social media content based on the mindset that people will buy after binging your content, like honestly think about it. If you have a podcast, someone tunes in, they listen to 10 episodes, they get to know you, they're so in alignment with me, they go to my show notes, they're booking appointments, they're buying things or sending me dms, you know what I mean? Like I'm just showing up and I'm sharing my own evolution and my growth here.
And when you create for beyond right now, beyond your current desire, beyond your own personal needs, you end up building content and a system that is insane and everything compounds and everything gets to sell. Everything you need to build recurring revenue through streams. You need memberships, you need subscription services, retainers.
You need a way for people to continue working based off of the program so you ensure that money is coming in on repeat without you constantly having to sell to new people. That means having a larger product suite, right? So that one program upsells the next one in the back end email marketing system. And then you are able to just kind of be live in your life having these things go through.
Maybe you have a team who kind of checks in and overseas they're responding to emails and in inquiries or you know, managing the short, the store, anything that comes up with customer service issues. Right. You could also just create an AI agent if you are not looking to have overhead and you can just get them to answer the inquiries and train your chat bot with a database from your actual program stores and everything else, right. So that they can answer those questions.
And it's kind of like you're there. So having all of that is going to help you have more predictability, it's going to be a lot easier for you and you're going to have a lot more stability in your income. So I wanted to bring this back to you and just really serve you here today. And I really want you to ask yourself, right like, and have an honest conversation, are you making decisions that set you up for the business and the life that you want long term?
Because if you keep building a business that requires you to work 24, 7 to sustain it, you're going to burn out before you ever reach your next level. You don't just want to make more money, you want to make it in a way that feels aligned, sustainable, and exciting. You know that no matter what's happening inside of your life, your business is still burning in thousands of dollars. And that shift, it starts with the decision that you make right now on what you're going to do next.
¶ Building a Scalable Business Model
So go to my Instagram, go to my LinkedIn, tell me, what are you working on? What is the shift? And how are you going to start building the scalable business model to bring you thousands of dollars every single day?
