Shifting from Hustle to Flow: Embracing the Divine Feminine

One of the biggest shifts I'm making in my world right now as I shift from embodying more of that hustle energy than flow energy and tapping into my divine feminine energy, is that, you know, I've always known I have a kind heart, and my actions and how I show up genuinely translates that for me. And so my belief and actions are in alignment. But I've always wanted the money and success more than I've wanted to serve.

I worked in the marketing department for a $17.5 million charity organization and helped build a donor care department where we increased daily sales by thousands of dollars by expanding their customer lifetime value, increasing buyer frequency, and presenting more opportunities to donate.

So this was basically script writing, developing the phone call center, the upsells, the strategy and thinking behind the scripts, and how we upsell and downsell based on responses, and then sales coaching and training, setting targets and goals, and then offering incentives and so on. I've always been so focused on business. Like, yes, I donate and build water wells in developing countries and sponsor three to four orphans monthly. And I do my part, but.

But I tend to be so attached to success and striving in my business.

Shifting Focus: From Success to Service

And so for me, now I'm being unattached and learning to really lean into a softer energy that is allowing things to just happen and to focus on how well I do something and to be really honest about whether or not I'm glorifying myself. Right? Like, is the only reason why I'm going to do this launch is to make money? Or am I doing this launch because I want to actually help someone? I think we can become really selfish unintentionally. Like, we.

We can be really kind people and still just not have the awareness of what we're doing. But even sometimes, I'm looking at my content in scheduling app and I just think, like, am I writing this post because I genuinely feel like it's going to help someone reach their goals? Are the things I'm saying just another echo, or am I making the world a better place intentionally? Am I doing the things from the heart energy? I think that you can show up, do your best, try your hardest.

And it's just that forced energy of what do I do to make this work? And that is the.

Overcoming Limiting Beliefs

The sneakiest, limiting belief of them all, because it's literally embodying the belief that, okay, this isn't working, but I want it to write. And so you sit there waiting for results and you hear people tell you that your results are your decision. You hear me tell you that your results are your decision. But until you do the things you're avoiding right now, you will forever be standing as still as you are right now, hoping, wishing and wanting the thing.

Watching every other person on the Internet have the thing. So you can either sit there and tell yourself that you don't know what to do to make it work, or you can honestly, genuinely just decide that you're going to do all the damn things on your list today. You know exactly what you need to do right now to make this happen, to change your life, to finally have all the things you want in life. And I'm promising you that. If you be courageous, if you move, if you decide that I'm going to do it.

Scared. If, when you feel anxiety creep up, you tell yourself, I'm adjusting to my next level, and then that's cool. And you stop picturing that anxious feeling as something bad or feeling the need to be in a fight or flight mode like most people who have elevated cortisol levels or high stress levels, whatever you want to call it.

If you're anxious, if you overthink, if you have a lot of inflammation in your body, if you have high levels of insulin in your body, if you don't sleep well, if you have massive mood swings, then this applies to you. But you have to think differently about how you feel about your nervous system. Are you trying to regulate your system or are you regulated? Are you trying to learn how to manage your anxiety? Or is it managed?

Like, do you actually have problems or does your brain have open loops because you forgot to hit play on the next part of the story? This is why knowing where you're going and your vision is so important. Because if you know what you want and you are fully committed and willing to do what it takes to get there, you will reach a point where you understand this is noise, this is reality. This.

Taking Control of Your Reality

And now you need to take full responsibility and control of your pen and you need be the intentional creator of your reality. Where do you want to be in three years, five years, and what do you want to have when you retire? Right? So many people are like, what do I post to make money? When you should be asking better questions. Because right now you're like, yes, it's just going to take time.

But in reality, if you've been in business for two to three years now, and I've met quite a few people like this, and they still don't have consistent revenue or any team members, and they're in their heads about every little thing and get fixated on the tiniest problems instead. But when it comes down to the actual things that are going to generate revenue for them, they don't do it.

Improving Revenue Generation Strategies

Having a step by step process or a video or someone to walk you through it is really helpful in getting over that initial feeling. You just have to improve the skill set of learning how to do things without ever having done them. Like, if you're going to have a product suite of four to five different things, you should have a proper customer journey and a proper flow into one offer to the next.

There's nothing worse than when you sign up for someone's email and you get like two to three a day and you're like, oh, this person's back end is a mess. But they're so used to it they don't even realize. Like, the reason you're not getting clients is because your funnels aren't even secured the right way. Some of you might be like, oh yeah, that's me. My emails are all over the place. Some of you probably don't even have the right rules set up so that you're not sending more than one per day.

Improving Email Management and Income Strategies

Or putting the filter triggers on your funnel build to exclude people who are in some of your other funnel flows. Right? Like the reason your income isn't where you want it to be is because you are consistently asking yourself what to do to make it work instead of actually doing the things at a level you're insanely proud of and for the right reasons.
