Change Your Frame, Change Your Life!

In this episode, appraisal and appraiser success coach, Blaine Feyen discusses how to look at some of the views, beliefs, and paradigms, or frames, we grow up with and how some of them create limiting behaviors that don't allow many of us to do things like public speaking. Blaine goes over a couple techniques to help 'break the old frame' and build a new and more empowering one that will help the average appraiser get in front of a crowd of realtors, lenders, and attorneys and give productive talks and presentations to bring in new business.

Blaine is focusing in the month of February on helping appraisers get more non-lender business as the appraisal business starts to shift and change toward a variety of valuation products that tend to exclude the highly qualified appraiser. Blaine's business is heavily focused on this non-lender type of work and has been for many years with well over 50% of his company's business consisting of divorce appraisals, estate work, pre-listing and complex private appraisal work for realtors and attorneys.
