Episode #77 How fear determines people's actions FT. Faisal Ensaun
Episode description
Fear is a powerful emotion that can be seen in people of all ages and backgrounds. It can play an important role in how people make decisions and take action. Fear can cause people to feel overwhelmed by situations and events that they may not be prepared for. People who are fearful may find themselves avoiding potential hazards or unpleasant circumstances, often at the expense of personal growth.
Fear also pushes us to do what is perceived as safety actions; it could be investing our money in a safer salary or operationally choosing a strategy with a lower risk. In addition, fear can also lead to irrational decision-making processes as well as irrational thoughts which lead to hasty actions or avoidance behaviors.
