With the recent NAR settlement, many people think that they can handle purchasing a home on their own. They think that it's just finding a home looking around and then they are done.
There's so many things after a house is found that is much more technical than what meets the eye.
Personally, we've always used a realtor and always will. Even as a seasoned real estate attorney with over 10,000 closings under our belt, hiring a real estate agent to assist with our transaction just makes sense.
