GT Dave is the man behind Synergy Kombucha, the drink that is now taking over the world. His brand of Synergy Kombucha was most people’s introduction to this wonderful fermented beverage. He tells us about the initial inspiration being his mother’s journey with cancer, and the story of humble beginnings selling to a single store in LA in the 90s, to the drinks empire that he helms now.
