Cottage Raw Milk Production with Kassie Strohmeyer

Kassie Strohmeyer is the proprietor at Lazy SP Ranch, a raw cow milk producer in the Treasure Valley. She supplies her milk for consumption and purchase at Rustic Oven in Middleton. For years, Raw milk has been the source of much lore and news stories with many suppliers and co-ops getting shut down by government agencies, so hearing the process she goes through and about the industrial dairy industry was incredibly fascinating and enlightening. Ada County is also home to our state capital and many of our elected officials.
