I Got 5(years) On It!

On this episode of The Ramp. It. Up! Podcast, I talk about hitting my five year spinal cord injury anniversary. December 2, 2021 Marks five years since I had a diving accident, dislocated two vertebrae, and became a quadriplegic. I recap some of the challenges I shared on the very second episode of the podcast, Quadriplegia: Year One, and talk about where I am now five years later. I faced many challenges along the way but continue to strive every day to improve in all facets of life.
