Raising Alphas Project - Keeping Score

On this episode of the Raising Alphas Project, the Alphas discuss the need of Keeping Score to maintain focus on the common goal for the team. The desire to have competition among children is natural and should be treated that way. Losing shouldn't be thought of something we need to shield our childrent from, but a teaching tool to better themselves. Our children are resilent and can take on those moments if their shown how to lose with dignity and win with grace. Keeping Score is a way to build confidence, identity weaknessess and strengths among individuals and the team as a whole. Sports can be played to have fun, however, they all have a common goal in the end... a Winner. This is we as parents should be teaching. It's ok to lose, but we go into the game or in life expecting to Win.
