Except public opinion has decisively turned against them, courts are upholding the law against them, inroads are being made every day as more and more people have their mental chains broken.
The ruling class is attempting to portray itself as a merciful, tolerant, benevolent force defending people from hateful division.
As always with the Devil, the opposite is true - and there will be no negotiation or getting off the hook.
They must atone.
