Episode description

Send us a text

Today we sit down and talk with Wes Laine Sr. coming to us from his home in Virginia Beach.  Wes tells us about how his Dad and Brother got him into surfing.  Wes lets us know about the 80s in Hawaii and how you stayed in line or you would be tuned up by a local.  We talk competitive surfing then and now. He says how lucky he was to be able to surf alongside the era he looked up to the most, guys like MR, Wayne Bartholomew, & Shaun Tomson.   And did Wes excel in small waves even though he is 6'4"?  Find out!
