Dr. Lloyd is the Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences and Executive Director of the LeMieux Center for Public Policy. Dr. Todd is an associate professor of politics and the LeMieux Center’s Academic Affairs Director. Dr. Todd will be discussing his recent article from The Quill Publication focusing on the politics and history of the U.S. Supreme Court expansion.
