Our featured speaker today is Dr. Robert Lloyd. Dr. Robert Lloyd is the Executive Director and Director of The Quill Products at the LeMieux Center for Public Policy. He is also the Loreen Beisswenger Farish Chair for Political Thought and Dean of the School of Arts & Sciences at Palm Beach Atlantic University. Dr. Lloyd received his Ph.D. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. He was a Fulbright-Nehru Academic and Professional Excellence Scholar at OP Jindal Global University in Delhi, India.
