Chris became a giant in the industry over the past two decades during his time at Upper Deck. In the past year since coming to Collectors, he has not only gone all in on new collecting ventures to learn everything about PSA’s services and processes from the customer POV, but also used that intel and brought his wealth of experience over to help the company’s customer support efforts take major strides forward. He discusses it all, including some notable glimpses at what lies ahead in 2023 and beyond as the customer experience at PSA only continues to improve.
