Dr. Lamson is co-founder of Neo Tract, and he is a primary inventor of the UroLift System. He served as President and CEO for the first five years of the company. He has more than twenty-five years of experience in the medical device industry in the fields of urology, interventional cardiology, ENT, radiology, and cardiothoracic surgery and he holds over eighty patents.
