I have the opportunity to speak with a former student, a current strength and conditioning coach and educator from North Carolina. Donald was my student back in 1999 and has achieved tremendous success as a coach, an educator, and most importantly as a man. Donald and I have a difficult conversation about race, about his own personal experiences, and how together we can move through so much of the ugliness that plagues our nation.

I sent an email to seniors and their parents regarding Graduation, it is important that registration tickets and filled out.
