Episode description

Can you love both science and God? Can you be religious and reasonable too? Today, many people assume that to be religious is to reject science. But we believe otherwise--that science is a gift from God who gives us the powers of reason and observation that science uses to make the world a better place. In this episode, we talk with Karl Giberson, PhD. Karl is a physicist who has written numerous books on science and religion such as The Wonder of the Universe, Seven Glorious Days, and Saving the Original Sinner. Celebrating both mainstream science and a deep progressive faith, Karl has always experienced his love for science as a calling from God.
