Extra: Seb Dance MEP on the European elections

On Tuesday, the Labour party released their manifesto for the European elections. There's been a lot of debate since then about whether this is a positive manifesto that supports a public vote, or whether it's just another fudge.

To make sense of it all, we speak to one of Labour most outspoken MEPs in favour of a public vote, Seb Dance, about what he's learned from his first five years in the European parliament and where Labour goes from here.
