Episode description

Today I’m so lucky to introduce Mr. Tucker Bryant on the Profiles Podcast. Fresh out of Stanford, Tuck went to work at Google, and then transitioned into speaking full time. He has shared stages with names such as Mark Cuban and Bill Belichick, and captivated audiences with his brilliant speeches. Mr. Bryant talks about how Poetry—and the creative process of poets—can be applicable not only in a corporate context, but also for everyone else who solves problems in their lives. In this episode we talked about

  • Tucker takeaways from his work with Google
  • Working against perfectionism
  • Developing curiosity
  • Problem solving
  • Risk-mitigation
  • Self-imposed constraints to increase productivity
  • Learning to think disruptively
  • How AI will influence the creative process
  • And much, much more

I cannot overstate how much I enjoyed my conversation with Tuck—he is an incredible person with an incredible message, and I really hope that you go support his work!
