#72 - Sam Smith: Coaching CF Games Athletes; What Separates the Best From the Rest; The Evolution of OPEX

In this episode, Ed sits down with Coach Sam Smith. Sam is a part of the OPEX coaching organisation, which runs under the name of ‘Big Dawgs’. Having gotten into the sport as an athlete in 2011, Sam shares his own account of how he, the OPEX organisation and the sport have evolved over the last 5-6 years. Sam shares some of his experiences from this weekends CF Games Semi-finals, what he feels separates the best in the sport from the rest, and finally we muse on the future of the sport.
