Not everyone is mixing a Grammy award-winning masterpiece in their home studio. Perhaps you just want to be able to record a half-decent audition, or some may want to be able to record a voice over but don't want to go to the expense of a full-blown studio. Then there are those who see it as an "all-in" decision. So what is the best value set up, and what should you spend your money on, and what's not so important.
