I'm joined this week, by former Marine, and Air Force veteran, Alex Manor. Alex is one of the instructors at Maneuver Training Solutions, as well as the face of both Leaderless Gentlemen and Tactical Lifters Guild on Instagram. We have the opportunity to sit down and have a deep conversation about life, balance, fitness, nutrition, personal accountability, raising children, and more.
