On todays episode we chat with Margaux Alvarez. Margaux is an incredibly accomplished women, having competing at the CrossFit Games 7 times, becoming the West Region Champion at the Titan Games, and most recently founding a vineyard and her own wine company. The majority of the conversation revolved around inspiration to begin a winery and how she used a lifetime of competition to forge a work ethic where she learned to roll up her sleeves to get dirty and enjoy the process on her way to accomplishment after accomplishment.
