Matt is an OG CrossFitter with a long list of accolades and roles within the community. He has worked for Ben Bergeron at CFNE, Reebok HQ, and now is the CFO (Chief Fitness Officer) at NCFit on the west coast. Matt, more commonly known in the community as MDV is "The Coaches Coach", he is in charge of developing the coaching staff at NCFit, and he does a dam good job at it.
