Maj. Allison Brager is one of few Army Soldiers who are neuroscientists. Her research includes studying survival in extreme environments, under sleep deprivation and stress, and why some individuals are resilient and others vulnerable under such conditions. Brager is also and author, a multi time CrossFit Games Athlete, and is on track to become an Astronaut through the Army. She lives by the principle: "Iron Sharpens Iron".
