On this episode I have a special guest Coach Liz Strain on to help me cover all of the highlights and the low lights of the Bucked Up Showdown Meet, one of the largest raw powerlifting meets in the country. This meet was stacked with some of the best and top ranked powerlifters in the world! Multiple All Time World Records were broken at this meet and some lifters truly made their name known at this meet.
