In this episode we have a conversation with co-owner of Cup & Saucer Elisabeth Bowling. She runs this shop locally in Brevard, NC with Molly Wilcox and these two ladies brought something beautiful to this little mountain town. We dive into Elisabeths journey to falling in love with the specialty coffee industry and what running a coffee shop during a pandemic has looked like.
