Episode description

In this episode we reflect on our previous episodes on people living with a disability, seeing people as whole people and dismantling the idea of "special needs". In light of sexual abuse, cover ups and gaslighting and not believing victims we affirm our position as an organization where we stand and how we seek to approach this conversation. We then round this episode out resisting the homophobia and dehumanizing LGBTQ perpetuations happening this month and better paths forward to humanize this conversation and care about ALL people on this mental health journey and just complex journey called life.
