Dealing With Trauma w/Jessica Harris

In this episode me and Kyle have a conversation with a dear friend from college Jessica Harris. Jessica has her Masters in Social Work and working towards her licensure. She currently works with at risk youth and a non-profit for veterans who experience PTSD and have experienced trauma. In this episode we dive into what trauma is, how it affects people, and practical ways to walk with somebody that has dealt with trauma and how to deal with trauma in our own lives.
