Hosts Megan (Smallwood) and Patrick (Cadigan) do a "soft reboot," by using a ladder metaphor and introduce some of the very basics around the transition process for parents and students. They discuss what post-secondary transition means, how middle school plays a part in the transition process and how parents should use research to aid in their understanding of the process.
