Self love is a love like no other. It is the most fulfilling love you will ever know in your life. You read the meme's and do the things to work towards that feeling but do you beleive that you deserve it?
You have to start at the basics with self love of accepting that you are in control of that love and you alone can provide that for yourself. The voices inside your head that tells you that self care is selfish is NOT your voice at all.
