If you are an empath you know the difficulties of protecting your peace. While difficult it is not impossible as long as you are willing to accept that its not your job to actually absorb other peoples stuff. Empaths need structure and boundaries and a place to process what they are experiencing.
The ability to distiguish the difference between other peoples pain and your own will allow you the ability to seperate from the absorbtion of others energy.
