Episode 2: Dear Jada,

This second episode is dedicated to one of my “Why’s” Jada Caitlin Cruz. Some may know, some may not, but April marks some pretty significant dates for me: April 2nd, my daughter’s anniversary of her passing; April 25th, her birthday. I hate to get all heavy this early in but I felt like I had to say something. Child drownings are not only something that happened to me, but unfortunately it’s a lot more common than my heart wants to think about. So here’s to the grieving, here’s to awareness. Here’s to one of the loves of my life: Jada. This mix was a quick compilation of Jada’s favorite songs.
