Welcome back to another episode of the potty report . So one thing we talked about yesterday about getting more organized and archiving old stuff and getting my project management life together , but the other thing that I wanna talk about is documenting all of my SOPs , so standard operating procedures .
Think of these as like the how-to guides for everything that I do in my business . Now , this has a varying level of importance of how in depth they are , of how long it's taking versus you know that took two seconds and the way that I'm doing this , because if you've never done this before , I actually am very grateful .
So I know I've said this before , but I'm part of Amy Porterfield's momentum community and one of the benefits that you get when you join momentum is you get a monthly template . So this could be an Excel spreadsheet , it could be a Google doc , it could be I mean , just multiple different things . It could be a Canva template . You know it's just .
It ranges on what it is every month . But one of the things that they did is they gave a template for SOPs and it's very simple , very effective , which is exactly like right at my alley .
It's exactly what I needed to start documenting things and it's one of the things that I've done for a long time , because I look at SOPs for content specifically like checklist .
Right , you have your checklist , you do this , then you do this , then you do that , then you do this , and then you're done , right , like it's step one , step two , step three , step four , and then you're done . And so why am I doing this ? Right , you're like , well , crystal , why is that important ? Like , should I be doing this ? What should that look like ?

I was like I have to have all this done , because I wanted it to be something that you could use , because it is so valuable , so valuable to have all this done . So you know exactly what you need to do , when to do it and what order , and in the future you can delegate it to someone else .
